Typically bandings follow a yearly cycle and student duration. For example, with 400 web design students studying per year and a three-year course, 400 students in the first year, 800 students in year two, and 1200 students in year three – moving to a rolling 1200 in year four (as year one drops off). Three-year courses are typical but not always the case, some customers start from zero at the start of each academic year.
Setup fee for implementations over 100 users applies. This will be discussed during project implementation.
